In April 2008, a Bentley he had previously purchased for rapper Lil Kim was repossessed when payments fell months behind.

So if he doesn't pay cash he's not ballin? lol

Throw away all kinds of cash to avoid 8% interest? Are you serious? Wouldn't it make more sense to use that cash to invest into your business where you can see a 20%... 50%...100%... fuck maybe even a 500% return depending on your business.

There's nothing wrong with using other peoples monies. Not to mention it's an easy way to build up your credit.

selling your cars, your yacht and now your house for pennies on the dollar I'm going to wager he didn't see a 500% return.

at some dollar levels most people get complacent. if you pay cash and stay debt free as long as the drugs dont' kill you worst case you can stop, scale back, and maybe salvage some wealth without relying on building it back up.

if you take your approach and leverage leverage leverage and then decide to go on a 3 year multi-million dollar bender while not bothering to work- well, you get yourself into some serious problems.

Those multi-million dollar benders are generally carried out by the type of people who pay cash in full for bentleys. Just sayin'.

Yeah I should have been more specific. I didn't mean to relate to this dumbass. He could make KILLER beats, but didn't have a clue how to manage money and I don't think he had a car payment with intentions to invest the money he wasn't using.

I'm just saying there's a lot of ballin' investors and businessman out there with car payments and it makes sense if they use the money to invest, leverage, ect. Obviously this doesn't apply to storch though because I don't think he had any investing in mind lol

But some dude was saying if you have car payments you're not ballin', which just isn't true IMO.

Most real net worth millionaires have no mortgage or car loan.
