I sent them an email about 2 hours ago and it's been at least 3 hours total. It's pretty dumb, but I 'only' lost an hour or 2 of traffic before I realized it. I guess I should start monitoring maxbounty at pingdom.com as well as my own sites since it seems to go down so much.
