Online todo list to keep track of my slaves

I'm loosing tracks of what my slaves (aka virtual assistants) have done, what they are doing right now and what tasks they will do next.

What I need is an online todo list that allows me to:
- create a todo list for each slave
- easily move tasks between the lists
- attach files to the tasks (pieces of code, diagrams, etc.)
- get some kind of reports, for example lists of tasks completed last week

I have tried looking at a few online todo lists, but none of them can do the stuff I need, so anyone has some ideas/recommendations?
