Sticks79, Nice Try, I always check where links point to before clicking due to helpful people like yourselves.

So i take it no one can shed light on this issue?

Now im assuming there are some restrictions on when users can upgrade relating to account age, post count or something like that,

However a point in the right direction would be much appreciated.
