Contact Walter (at) Convertismarketing.com to see if they can do anything for you. They do IvoryWhite/BellaBrite, and probably have a few other brands under their umbrella - If you can push any sort of decent volume, I'm sure they can set something up directly. Haven't worked with them in over a year, but I actually worked with them through ShareASale (before everyone was on the teeth whitening rebill bandwagon, and they weren't out in CPA networks yet) and talked with Walter a number of times directly. On the creative side, I know they were constantly testing different landing pages and modifications to improve conversion rate, so I was a fan of them for that.
I never ran Bella Brite, but I ran Ivory White, and it seemed to perform fairly well. IW pages looked a lot better than Bella Brite pages. When I ran it, there were NO other teeth whitening rebill offers out yet, so I have nothing to compare it to, though.
I think it might be a legit conversion dive. I actually thought a couple offers was scrubbing/shaving a bit ago until I plugged in a test sale on both offers. Both converted.
Though there's still money to be made, it might be getting a bit closer to market saturation.

you just put walter on blast. He might be a little too straight laced to be getting alot of WF emails.
I've noticed my teeth offers tend to scrub on and off every other day. The best way around this I found was to just rotate your offers to always have the nonscrubbing offers live.
Far from it, it's still doing amazingly well for us. It's the advertisers/networks scrubbing to make up for lost volume after all of the mid August legal heat.
