How to submit a site to directories?

I'm thinking of outsourcing this directory submissions.. but then, I've run out of money.. Can anybody please tell me, in detail, how to submit a site to directory? right from searching for directories specific to my niche to last step... what all freelancers do to submit and all..

Directory submitting is incredibly complex, there is no way it could be summed up in short easy to follow directions like: 1. search for the fucking directory, 2: find the fucking submit link button, 3: submit your fucking link. To explain those three steps properly would require volumes of detailed process transcription. Better that you stop now, and accept life as a failure.

This is the section for newbies, but only for those that have at least a modicrum of initiative in them.

@ the OP: get a list of directories and start submitting them your site one after the other until you finish. That's what people call manual submission.

After sending a few, you will receive some confirmations on your email. A few of them include other directories. Use that list to increase your list.
