I think it was about a year ago everyone was talking about making php Bay websites. I made about 10 of them in a month. And forgot about them, I would get like $100-$500 a month from them. Until I didn't extend the reg.

But in that year I had two DMCA's from lacoste and hollister. Lacoste said i used a likeness of there gator. It was some random gator i found. And hollister didn't like that my domain was xxxxxhollister.com

I'm just curious if anyone else still gets any change from there old php Bay websites?

Yeah I've got a few going still...a couple I actively promote.

I've never used any of their trademarked logos in my headers etc., but I've got the name of the companies in my URL's and I use plenty of images of the products. I haven't got any DMCA's as of yet, but I try not to cross the copyright infringement line if I can help it.

^^ I'll throw another shout out for A2P. I've had it running on a cell phone site for about 2 weeks, and I've got something like 200 pages indexed in Google, and I'm already getting good organic search traffic.

So far Adwords seems to love the individual auction pages for landing pages ...because A2P pumps them full of great content.

lol

if you dont know what to do with them give them to me
and while your at it, please PM me with your profitable PPC campaigns. keywords and landers please.

The registration expired on all of them at the same time. I didn't really care about them wasn't worth my time.

Yep. I put a minimum of the PHPBay sidebar on almost all my sites because they are a good revenue generator. It doesn't matter what the site is about - all you need to do is get someone interested enough to click through and set the cookie.
