Why I don't give a shit about MJ's death

The irony of telling someone else to get a life on a message board cos you're emotional about a fricken pop star dying is beyond hilarious.

Genuinely sorry about your bro dying, but I was hardly to know about that.

Thanks for saying that - I've just be too emotionally drained to answer.

...

Yes we do care. Because a human being who was flawed yet touched the world is gone and the world is a different place.

All this fucking bullshit talk about him being a pedo - this is the united fucking states of america. It's not Iran, fucking Pakistan, Uraguay or some other fucking third world country. You're innocent until proven guilty here - and that's how we do it.

But that doesn't mean you're innocent, just rich

...

FIRST OF ALL ASSHOLE, I AM A WOMAN. AND IF YOU KNEW MY ANGER MANAGEMENT ISSUES YOU WOULD SHUT THE FUCK UP.

Does that make sense now?

Do I need to explain the MJ song that got me through the day when my brother died last year?

Or perhaps someone else's wife? Or grandmother? Or sister?

So show some fucking respect and get a fucking life - BITCH.

wow. just. wow.

If ever someone needed a joint .....

for the record, i don't think the world gives a shit what you care about.

as for the coverage, it's there because this is the death of one of the world's most famous people, a global superstar that transcended racial prejudice, connected with the entire world (minus 7 wickedire users) through his music and innovated almost every aspect of what is considered entertainment today...

he's one of the most controversial people that has ever existed, sold more albums than any other artist in history and received more press than any human being on earth due to his other-wordly talent, odd lifestyle and one-of-a-kind'ness.

your post is trite, annoying and obviously an attempt at getting some attention in this forum.

if you don't understand why there's a couple of weeks of media coverage to cover the death of a person like this... i'd say - you're a fucking idiot.

+1

My 61yo uncle died the day after Michael Jackson. He had a complication after having a bowel cancer operation 2 weeks prior. His body poisoned itself after the surgeon fucked up and didn’t internally sew up the bowel properly after removing part of it. All his limbs turned black and it got to the point where if he had survived, he would have had his legs amputated below the knee and arms below the elbow. He was on a ventilator and his family along with my mother (his sister) decided to turn off the ventilator and he died an hour later. I attended the funeral last week.

I don’t expect any of you to care and I’m not asking you to. MJ being on TV doesn’t take anything away from my uncle’s death.
Although I’m not a massive music fan (of any music in general really), I liked MJ’s music and know that he had a massive impact on the world. I don’t think the coverage of his death or funeral was overdone or overexposed and I’m not bitter because he's on TV and my uncle wasn't.

If some money hungry bitch accuses you of rape one day and a court of law finds you not guilty, or some asshole claims you hit him because he wants some of your Affiliate cash - and you are found innocent on both counts.....I sure hope you won't be put on trial for the rest of your life and death...

Keep drinking the Jesus Juice.

Man, you're fucking GAY. And that's saying alot in a gay web master forum.

It's like I'm reading a monologue from a high school fan girl.

Now if you excuse me, I'm going to give Bob the Garbage Man a blowjob.

Man, you're fucking GAY.

He's gay because he speaks the truth? WTF? Would you rather he told you manly lies?

There have been very very few musicians, that have had as much influence on music as Michael Jackson, across all genres. Only the Beatles and Elvis sold more records but Thriller sold more than twice as many copies as any other album ever produced. He had a profound impact on millions and millions of people who grew up listening to his music. Unfortunately lots of people that don't understand music or who don't consider music one of the most important aspects of life will never understand that, but rest assured, it's the truth.

Have you ever considered that if they could do anything useful with that information they wouldn't be garbage men in the first place? :)

Garbage men actually make a decent living compared to other shitty jobs you could have. At least around here, anyway.

just the facts. sorry if you can't handle the truth (insert Jack Nicholson impression here)

enjoy giving the bj... maybe you're better at that than you are at making decent posts / comebacks.

The dude had some great pop songs. I'd criticize him for being a nut job, but really, it's all warped media perspectives. I've had enough good nights with his shit playing through the speakers to appreciate him for what he was to the outside world - a stellar artist.

It's hard to deny that it's the most significant "celeb passing" since Elvis. Whether you like the guy or not - he had a huge impact. When I heard the news, I wasn't emotionally affected on any level, but I could appreciate that it was significant.

I think the country has taken a brain dump. Has anybody noticed that 7 US soldiers, and 2 Canadian soldiers died in Afghanistan's scorching desert in the past couple of days? No disrespect meant to Jacko, but this is clearly being hyped by the press far beyond its importance.

I dunno if you remember 5-6 years ago when the first few us soldiers died it was all over the news...it still is but not people are used to it and they get
numb to the feeling that Americans / other country soldiers are dying...also the media is a business and they cannot keep reporting the same thig everyday and expect people to come back everyday...yeahs soldier dies...ok, heard it few thousand times in my life now...mj only dies once...

I do have more respect for us soldiers than mj but both comparisons are way extreme...we are at war it's known people will die...but mj should not smother the news 3 weeks after he's dead...
