kuntek - my mortgage arbi has evolved from what I started with here, I think you will see the post someplace were I changed to a domain that was more targeted to mortgages. the design is the same but I will say this, I removed the pics above the text. so now the only pics are to the left of the ad unit. I have averaged around $10 a day profit with this page. I think I added alittle text, it is around 150 200 words. I only bid $.06 for 95% of the words but will go up to $.15 for some key keywords. I don't spend much time on 1 page though. I try and turn out as much volume as I can. I still think most of you guys are staying to long on 1 page and looking for something that is not there, if it makes a profit, just use it for other pages. If you are not getting any traffic, move to another keyword build build build damn that isn't that hard is it?

pfgannon, i have been having the same problems recently...not sure if it was just my content or if it was google, edit: but i have been getting some what relevant ads, just not totally relevant ads

Daily ad spend for mortgage page?

chrislingle,

That is amazing!

What is your Ad spend for that 1 mortgage page per day?

I have learned so much from this thread.

thanks,

hey you still doing the mortgage aff? how is that going for yah....still banking??

What a great read! I have been following it since the beginning and now am a poster. I do have a question. Can someone lead me to where I can find how much certain niches are paying on my site? I guess I am somewhat sketchy about that. I understand the purchasing of the clicks but where am I heading to find out how much I'm getting paid for my ads via Adsense, obviously I mean before I get a site going.

Ok well I guess I am confused. I followed the link and went through a few different examples but there was #'s for anything as far as $ per click.

click on where it says keyword popularity and change it to cost and postion, then put like $10 in the box.

JDog,

Thank you sorry for the newbieness. So now when I created a page with say ummm 100+ keywords of greater then $1.00. I would hope to buy ads on 7search for less then .10? This is a great topic it really has opened my eyes to somethings still learning of course.

What I do is look for keywords that show around $10 and up in the adwords tool and I target those. Don't get confused and think that what the tool shows is what you will get paid. It is considerably less.

JDog,

Ohhh I understand those are just guestimates. I guess my question is well I've been loooking at film school and they seem to have a high CPC. So for arbitrage I would build a basic site like the mortgage one that he built above with say 100+ of the highest CPC keywords in the text so that I can get those Adsense ads on my site, right? Now when I am purchasing them on 7Search am I using the same keywords for bidding? I guess thats where I am confused. Thanks again for taking the time with me.

P.S. I'm on the DL from my full time with kidney stones and have had a lot of time to soak things in.

Your close, but you want your arbi site to target the highest paying keywords. So look at your list that pops up on the google tool and pick the highest one and you want to base your site around that. You'll put that keyword in the title, meta descrip and meta keywords. Then get in an h1 tag and write your content about it using that word a few times. This should tell adsense to show ads targetting that keyword.

Then when you go to 7search you can hopefully pay pennies for that keyword and the rest of your 100 keyword list to get your traffic.

Thank you. I have been reading a lot the passed few weeks and I am glad I found WickedFire. You have helped me tremendously. I see the light, hahahaha.

Last question and I won't keep you. When making say a arbi page do you suggest I use only one of those keywords with high CPC rate. I was looking at a list and I found about 20 in a given category that had $40+. Would it be wise to make a page for each of those keywords or bunch of couple of them together to test it out. Thanks again. Much love and added + rep thanks.

If they are very closely related then you can try and target them all on one site, but if you can always set up multiple subniche sites.

xcentrix - i think I am spending $3 or 4 a day to make $10 on it, but really don't care much about this page anymore, I have made around 20, 25 more arbi pages since this one. most are not making this much a day but a few are doing better, the point is I have a formula that I use every time, I check the keyword payout on either google or YPN depending on the ad network I am going to use. Then I search for the search volume and related keywords. I am looking for a combined search volume of 2,500,000 plus at a minimum. If you are not paying for wordtracker you are missing out because I get some great stuff from there. Hell set aside 1 day for research it is less than $8. DON'T BE A CHEAP BASTARD! make a list of keywords you would like to target beforehand and then use the tools all day. I started out doing that and well by the end of the day just bought a fucking year with them worth every penny!

What do you mean combined search volume of 2.5 million? On 7search or on Google/YPN?

chicago, there will probably be CRAZY competition for a keyword with 40+ CPC. you might want to aim for something with less competition. then again, no harm done in having an arbitrage site up with that, just might not get much traffic.

atomm, thought that would be obvious, sorry, if I am using 7search it does not really matter what google is doing, it is the ppc network I am using. so if there are 100 focused keywords in the group, I want volume! that has been a big trick for me, finding the volume stuff, I don't believe in competion, if you think it is there it is but if you don't you can get your piece!

hey chris, when you talk about volume, do you mean how many times your keyword or niche is being search for? do you use Google Keyword popularity function to do this?
