NobleSoul was gracious enough to listen to all of my suggestions from a different thread and implemented most of them into his software. It's not perfect, but it's one helluva product for the $30 price tag.

To start with, being able to save site specific comments for future usage is awesome. This allows you to promote multiple sites, giving each site a set of (dozens of) comments so your spam stands out less.

It's damn fast. I burned through 200 comment postings in ~20 minutes. RAM usage hovered around 65MB and the processor consumption never jumped over 40%. It's possible to use this on your work computer.

As someone who currently uses php + curl to post blog comments, I didn't think this software would appeal to me much ... nothing new to offer me. I've since changed my mind. By using a spare box from my closet for this, I've now freed up my server to scrape even more blogs & comments. This beats the hell out of buying a dedicated server for commenting purposes.

The comments are xml~ish and the blog list to spam is a txt dump so I just export my existing database, load the files, click go and hit hundreds of blogs. His software has a built in blog finder that you can use also.

Successful commenting is not something that can be measured in a day so I can't report any success rate at this point. I have checked a sample of these comments from the same IP and a decent portion showed up immediately, which is a good sign that the posts went through.

I've not tried out the proxy part so I can't comment there, that's next on the todo list though.

Good stuff here noble, thanks taking the suggestions to heart. You've got a very good product on your hands.

@ erect : Thanks for your awesome review about the product and i really appreciate your suggestions it makes the product's performance increase. You have great experience as Programmer ( web one ) i will be in this soon too ;P , but i love software game more it's a deep world giving you a wide ground to play in. Thanks once again will catch you around ;D

Thanks!

Smooth transaction, no problems with the software. Will probably take a few days to see what sticks and what doesn't, but everything seems to be on the up and up.

One feature I'd like to see added is the ability to remove posts from a domain that already exists in the list. Comments stand zero shot of making it through moderation if I hit the same blog 5 times in one run. For now, I just used excel to filter them out.

Notification Feature added.

Feature added:

Now In Harvester tool you can filter the search by turn "One post per domain" check editbox on to gather one post per domain in search result.

@jelf check your pm.

Nice

Great tool. I'm quite impressed so far. It's simple, straight forward and does the job quickly. Best SEO investment I've made in a long time.

It would be nice to make blog commenting a little more effective. Maybe something like a built in scraper that will scrape the post title and have the option of placing it in the comment. for example:

Title: "Ten reasons to be scared of pig flu"

Post: I really enjoyed {Title}. It was very well written and made me think.

Just brainstorming ways to improve the approval rate on comments. I think the key is to somehow show that we read the post or the previous comments. A little scraping might help.

That's a hell of an idea but difficult to set up using his current software. It would require restructuring of his blog finder to output the url to spam with the xml comment structure that currently exists.

This would also make his blog finder handle the comments since the title + comment would have to be merged and assigned to a single post ... all in the same xml.

I love the idea, it would greatly improve the approval rate and would save me a hell of a lot of time, and yeild more back links, having the url included in the xml.

Note to NS: your software is awesome and worth way more than $30 in it's current form. The more you improve it .....

I'll give your software a shot. Give me a PM and let me know your Paypal info.

I'm pretty sure Akismet is going to catch most, if not all, of these comments. But, I'm willing to give it a try to build some backlinks anyway!

Also - does your software only comment on WordPress-based blogs? Or also on Drupal, Joomla, and other blogging platforms?

forgot ... if you're going to add the url to xml (if you took WhatupG's advice) you should put a proxy field in there so everydamnthing can be custom and fed from a single file.

Here's my quick review of this dirt cheap quality product:

Overall: easy installation, great product and NS was fast to send serial etc.

The blog harvester:
It does as told - and fast. Period.

The blog commenter:

It posts comments very fast. Very userfriendly interface. As WhatupG suggests, it would probably have higher approval rate if there was a few variables that could be inserted to customize the comment text. Like grab the title, a random meta-keyword etc.

Is it worth $30 you might ask - definitely!
