Funny how he borrowed everyones ad on FB and is using it as his own, then borrowed the LP design from another affiliate on this board.

Thought it was funny, anyone mind stepping up to the plate on this?
 


Someone should let Oprah, Rihanna, Scarlett Johannsen and the others know that their images are being used to sell Acai Berry on that guy's page. What an arrogant idiot. Maybe his affiliate accounts or the actual network that he is using will get 'nuked' because of these unauthorized use of images.

in all fairness, I know people copy each other.. but this takes the cake when you copy someone and then threaten them on the LP source code... HA

There are actually plenty of "copies"

Type in any random girl's name + weightloss.com and you will find a number of them.

I would imagine that this is an affiliate that just took ideas from Laurasweightloss because it looks pretty much the same. There are a ton of them like this and even I know affiliates that have ripped the same idea.

This affiliate probably just thinks their dick is bigger.

Aint no big deal. Run the site analytics, find out where they are running the ads and for how long, do your landing page better...profit, and think of the dousche while pinching a loaf. Happiness.

like I said... the theme is copied for sure from Laura, but I am looking at a bigger concept here that you guys are missing.
 
the point I am trying to make is how funny it is this guy copies or borrows from others ( actually ripped ads on FB and borrowed the LP ) but then puts that in his source code like no one is suppose to borrow from him.

kinda like the pot calling the kettle black. That the point I am trying to make.

If you are talking about the "duo weight loss products of pwnage" eliquid, then yes - that is unique - But the idea and "theme" so to speak, behind it is definitely copied

I gotta say now.. some people get reeeally sensitive about LP ripping. A bit too much.

We are affiliates. Remember that. We work in a VERY shady business compared to other industries out there. Sure, most people don't even understand what we do, but those who bank and do it hard know full well whats required of them to get to that spot. You do what you need to in order to survive and succeed. Some people burn bridges, others copy content/LP's. This is the game you've all chosen to play. Fairness has gone out the window a long long time ago.

Think of yourselves as mercenaries in a sense. You work with whatever you find or have. You see ads that are doing really well, you snag them and use them for yourself. I know it sounds unfair, but this is the game we chose to play. Whining or bitching about it will not do a drop of good for you.

Unless its explicitly Trademarked or Copyright branded then I hate to say it, but the original source has no real say in the matter.

When I see ads that do well, I snag them and make variations that I think will do better. I know PLENTY of really big affiliates who won't even bother making a single change because they are lazy. But I don't sit around getting pissed off or whiney about it.. why? BECAUSE THIS IS THE INDUSTRY WE'RE IN.

So enough of all of this queerness thats been going on about stealing LP layouts. Do what you need to do, and try not to get caught doing so. You know you've done shady shit in the past and probably still do, so get over it and move on.
