Grammar and spelling were exemplary. The article was an easy read in a friendly style, just what I was after.

I would say that a lot of research had gone into it but Katherine let me know she's worked in this area before so I'm not sure how much she knew on the subject beforehand. Facts included were plentiful.

I will definitely use this author again.
