i have craig. he just went on a break. was away from the office for like a couple days. i believe hes part of some biking teams...so that pretty much tells the story :)

Don't refresh your stats page every 10mins. You will be more productive and you wont notice when they have random delays.
 
I've spent close to a hundred dollars in advertising within the past hour with no updates. Of course I'll be a bit worried as to whether I'm even profiting. ;)

Well it's been a hour since I last checked and nothing has been updated so it's a bit longer than one of their random delays. ;)
 
I notified Craig as soon as the problem started, and had an update in my inbox not too long after:
There is a tracking issues and tech is working on it and they should have it fixed within the hour. I will keep you updated. All leads are still being tracked and your stats will be up later today.

Sorry guys,

I can confirm that there is a delay in our stats right now due to scheduled maintenance. We were doing an update that took longer than expected. Everything should be showing in stats in under an hour.

Stupidest thing I even did was about a week ago when I noticed my stats where not being updated I Just assumed it was a problem on their end. 10hrs later i realized that my server was down! that hurt... $500 to a blank page

I've done that but it was around $2k I lost
 
For those using NeverBlueAds, how long does it usually take for your wire transfers to be reflected in your bank accounts after the payment date? My first wire transfer from them was supposedly released on the 25th, but my bank informed me that they still don't have any incoming funds from their end. Is there anything I should do, or should I just wait it out? I tried contacting my affiliate manager and the operator; neither of whom answered the call. I can't get myself to rack up anymore debt promoting campaigns until I have paid my current outstanding credit card balance. :(

(Yes; I have a huge advertising debt and it's now due.)
