NeverBlueAds: Long Delay on Updates?

Something has been wrong with one of my campaigns as well. I average 11-16% conversion daily (for about 5 months). Suddenly on Friday it was 3% for most of the day and ended around 8%. The weekend went back to normal but today again 3%-8%. Something is wrong but they don't seem to know anything about it. ?

Contact your AM and see what's up.

If this is an unfamiliar pattern, you may be getting scrubbed [it could be on the advertisers end, not that anyone can really say]

I had that happen a few days ago. I changed my aff link to the same campaign on another network and still did shitty. I just turned off the campaign for the day and all was fine the next day.

Either everyone hated my offer on that day, or the advertiser themselves had some tracking issues.

If you can try swapping your aff link with another network to see if the problem follows...
 
I noticed my stats haven't changed on neverblue for about 5 hours now. Anyone else having this problem or should I be turning off my campaigns? :)
 
NeverBlueAds is reporting some 6 clicks less than the advertiser has sent. I'm not sure why there's such a discrepancy, but I'm hoping it's merely due to a delay in statistics' update.
 
I just looked at mine, seems that stats haven't been updating in quite a while (couple of hours it looks like perhaps?) I'm sure they'll get it sorted out.
 
I tried calling my affiliate manager (Craig Richey) regarding the delay, who hasn't responded to my e-mails for several days either. It turns out that he's out of the office until July 7th, which explains the delay in his response. I suppose the verdict is to keep the campaigns running? If anyone's statistics update, do let everyone in this thread know as well.

But yes, this has happened with NBA before and they generally correct it pretty quickly/accurately.
 
What the conclusion here guys? I have been using neverblue for the past 2 months with no problems, however today I had to pause one campaign and when I relaunched it my clicks seem to not be recording anymore I have sent 100 clicks in the past hour and not one CLICK is showing, never mind leads. Don't know whats going on there...
 
Hey Guys N Gals,

As many of you have noticed we are experiencing an issue with our stats reporting right now. It started at around 6:30ish but I can assure you that everything is tracking perfectly fine and all information is being recorded.

Our team is working hard to solve the problem right now and we expect this issue to be resolved shortly and everything updated in no time.

So let me make it clear: What differentiates me from most of you is the fact that I’m here to learn and at times share what I’ve learnt. I’m here to master what I’m doing and be the best at it. I’m here to make money and leave with a thousand times more than what I came here with. That's my attitude. I don’t care what you do, how you swing, whether you make any money, or even whether you think I’m a fag. Likewise, your perceptions of me don’t effect what I am or do. Anyone can be a hardass behind their computer screens, but is it worth the time?

Perhaps some of you are here for other reasons, but if you’re like-minded about making money: keep your opinions to your fucking self. Make your dollars and move on with your lives. If you think you're bad, make your nosy comments to someone you can actually see. Typing away on a keyboard doesn't make you any harder.

I don’t care about your standpoints, and I doubt most do either. Rest assured, those who don’t are probably the ones whose wealth you'll be admiring down the road.
