It's a dating offer available on like every network. They're probably just curious cus I'm starting to drive a lot of volume and they're sensitive about their brand.

Singlesnet will find any excuse not to pay you.. They actually posted a fake ad with my link on craigslist and screenshotted it to get out of paying me once.. I'll never work with them again

you can find a paid proxy service, use something like hidemyass, or install phpproxy on a website you have hosted in the us.
Well you have two options, you could go with a service such as findnot.com which is $13 per month for an enrypted VPN but the downside is that if they wanted to they could sniff your traffic to capture passwords and stuff. I doubt they would do that but it always is possible.
Your second choice is to buy a dedicated server in the United States and setup your own VPN on it. If you want a little more security I would go with this route, volumedrive™ | reliable, high performance hosting. has some decent servers starting at $45 per month. I'm with them now and use the VPN whenever i'm on a wifi connection.
If you get a windows server you can also just use remote desktop and do everything from the server and still have everything encrypted.
I am curious where everyone finds their images for their ads.. I've been using google image search and I've found some good images that get good CTR but I think I've used pretty much every good image I can find (for this particular ad) and I want try using new images since my CTR has been down lately... So what do you guys use, can anyone suggest a site similar to google images?

Don't direct link, use your own domain, make subdomains, and redirect
If they were smart they would prefer people direct link because then they can not change the offer/lp after the ad gets approved.
