Photos ain't working today. That shoots down any new campaigns. I filed a complaint with FB about the boobs. Either they take mine or they kill woome. I loaded up a dozen screencaps and emailed to the supervisor of the asshole I got on the phone about it.

This is not luck. First step is gaining a decent [ you don't even need a good ] CTR. Even if you have an ad running at .05 CTR with decent impressions you can substantially lower your bid from like .4 to somewhere like .3 to .25. The better CTR you have the lower you can go. EXPERIMENT DAMNIT!

I really should say you can almost always lower your bid but you won't get as many impressions with a shitty ad - keep that in mind.
