Any Arvixe Web Hosting Affiliates here?

Are there any Arvixe Web Hosting Affiliates here? Do you get paid by them alright? The reason I am asking this question is I have been promoting Arvixe on my web hosting review websites for a few months now. About 3 months ago I got 2 sales and the sales have been in "Pending Approval" state since. When I contacted their affiliate manager about the sales as to why the sales are still in pending approval state and if there was a problem with the two sales (like not paying the amount or cancelled accounts or chargebacks etc) he said that it's all an automated process and there must have been a problem with the sales and they don't review individual accounts like that (he kind of refused to look into the matter as to what is the real problem with the sales). I know it's only 2 sales (about $140 in commissions) but I want to make sure I am promoting a web host which will actually pay me and not screw me.

Anybody here have any experience with their affiliate program? Much appreciate our time.

Haha.... They are not owned with same person, they have been sold to EIG.... I'm sorry to hear your experience, but just check EIG reviews on internet. There are other hosting providers that you can promote. Arvixe is not the same anymore!

Thanks for your reply, I knew they were part of EIG before I decided to promote them. Arvixe used to be (or still is) a good web hosting provider with reliable web hosting service. I though it would take them (EIG) some more time to ruin the brand name it created. Anyway, I was not talking about the quality of the service of Arvixe, it was about whether their affiliate program was genuine or scam.

Did you mean EIG scams their affiliates?

By the way, Did you ever hit the 19+ sales (payout level) in a month and got the $135 per sale commissions?

I don't know about their affiliate program personally but I read some bad stuff about it on some forum a couple of months ago. The affiliate manager kind of had trouble paying the commissions or reviewing the sales and dragged it a couple of months saying something like "we had trouble verifying your sales". I forgot where I read that thread but if you Google "Arvixe affiliate program scam" or something like that, you should get the exact the thread.

Thanks for the reply. Probably you were talking about this Does Arvixe.com really pay their affiliates. Any one having experience with them ? | Web Hosting Talk. There was another thread about another payment issue arvixe affiliate program - totally unbelievable | Web Hosting Talk which was soon resolved by their affiliate manager but it was too old (2011).
 
Used to work with them , they aren't too good in tracking sales and so i'd to switch to Hostgator .
