$Millions in fraud. Only needs to pay less than half a mill in penalties. Justice has been served.

lol to 4 minutes. Someone stated $460K was awarded earlier today... anyway.

In reality 400K or $4MM is arbitrary. The guy has no prayer of gainful employment nor the means to pay the debt.

Keep an eye on Justia as they have prob already hit him with the CTDA.
 
THE IRS will enjoy taking money out of his check for rest of his life, if he decides to work. Unless he gets a fake SSN, knowing him, anything is possible, that's after the federalaz decide what to do with him.
 
We have finally come to an end to this chapter fellows. I'm currently boarding the plane for my flight back to NY but once I get back, I'll come here and try to answer some questions you guys may have.

Martin, I will appease your ego and ask you a couple of questions:

1) Do you think you will get indicted? Why or why not?

2) You claimed in the pleadings that you had no assets. Is that true? If so where did all of your earnings from the past several years (and your "trading") all go?

3) Why did you decide to bless WF with the clown show that was BRC?
