I think he is planning a book or a defense of mental incompetence. He should have used his pics and cars as a Make Money Guru and sold shit to newbies

Not sure what's up with my main account fellows. This error comes up when I log in:

Your password is 170 days old, and has therefore expired.

Please change your password using this page.

When I try to change my password, the page takes a long while to load, and when it does it says:

The server is too busy at the moment. Please try again later.

What's up with that? This doesn't allow for me to post on WickedFire.

In order to process your password change, you must be a person-IN-FACT. However, MARTIN GRUNIN does not exist and, therefore, by extension : MCGRUNIN : on WickedFire : [DOT] : COM is a person-IN-FICTION.

First post is to try and start an affiliate discussion inside the thread of the year?

Way to go, buttcunt.
Buttcunt...

I wish the judge would have recused himself when Brian Costello was representing him, Brian Costello would have made 20 Youtube videos how he destroyed the fake US legal system by defeating facebook.

Let's be real...

Facebook did NOT sustain a loss at all.

You're telling me they have 100% fill rates on all their ad inventory...

That by running ads martin somehow racked up a $300K+ web server fee?

How about no.

If Facebook claims he made over 70 accounts, there is a MASSIVE error on their end.

They approved everything, and did not do their due diligence.

Even if Martin misrepresented companies, let those companies come after him if they feel their reputation was tarnished.

But as far as money goes...

Facebook been had no cases here.

.....

Martin will win, it is so.

It doesn't matter if they don't have 100% fill rates on their ad inventory. If someone wants to display an ad, then they need to purchase it. Simple as that. He stole ad space. Doesn't matter if it would have gone unfilled or not.

Using your logic, I guess its ok for me to go to my local car dealership tonight at 3am and take some cars for a spin, but hey it won't matter and its not illegal because they'll be closed and its not like anyone else was there needing to test drive or purchase them.

The cars will be just sitting there, seats unfilled, no potential buyers, therefore I am not causing any harm to the car dealership by taking them out for a spin.

65 WAT I hope you're trolling bro.

Goddam why the fuck did the judge recuse himself? "Finding himself disqualified" huh? He own some FB stock or something? Past history with sovereigns? Resets the dates yet again...

My guess is that he holds FB shares through an ETF or mutual fund; pension, 401k, etc.

Does not impact the default J, only the forward dates. Grunin's lawyer could certainly use this recusal as an arg. to vacate the DJ. Much worse for mGru if it goes to court.

Even if Martin misrepresented companies, let those companies come after him if they feel their reputation was tarnished.

He DID commit fraud by sending spoofed emails, regging similar looking domains of real ad companies to appear like it was them, and forging bank documents.

That is illegal.

That is cute how you are standing up for him though. Why is that?

My theory is that Grunin probably sold the main account that got in the most trouble (or a few different accounts) and going to try and pawn it off on some mysterious person besides himself.

Main problem is that HE is the on who probably set it all up and forged all the docs in order to get it. At the very least he talked about doing it with other parties and can be hit with conspiracy.

Will be interesting to see how this plays out when Grunin and his lawyer release their side of the story.

You're smarter than this. Please act like it.

Alsup is awesome:

Alsup was the presiding judge over Oracle America, Inc. v. Google, Inc., where he notably has been able to comment on issues relating to coding and programming languages, specifically Java. He learned the Java programming language solely for the purpose of being able to understand the case more clearly.
Alsup said that he had written some of the infringing code at least a hundred times since Oracle filed its suit in August 2010. “I can do it. You can do it. It’s so simple,” he said, adding that it takes less than five minutes. Then looked directly at Boies. “You’re one of the best lawyers in America — how can you make that argument?” he demanded.

Keep telling yourself that buddy. You've threatened me about it months ago, and are still talking about till this day. I've already worked out everything with the insurance company weeks ago and everything has been settled.

Don't let poopie rustle your jimmies. Clearly these are just baseless allegations.
