But ... I think you are right. Recently I rejected some paperwork (to do with a PCN) unopened. I sent it back "rejected for cause. The cause being I am not the Legal Fiction to whom it was addressed".

Basically... the guys in the forum say that the birth certificate and name/person in it is "Legal Fiction" (again following from the premise that the issuing body is fictitious to begin with) and the cause for sending stuff back is that you are not that person/legal fiction...

And they are all patting each other on the back on how smart they are.

Martin Grunin is actually smart. He hired a smart attorney. The guy needs time to prepare for the case or to gather evidence. So, he asked Martin to hire the most incompetent attorney he could find, and to use him to stall the court by any means, until he gets thrown out of the case, or is fired by Martin. By that time, the real attorney would have got time to prepare a good defense.

1. A smart attorney would not let you get mixed up with a felon representing you that isn't actually an attorney.
2. A smart attorney knows how to legitimately buy time for a case.
3. A smart attorney knows to piss of the judge and plaintiff as little as possible.
4. A smart attorney could come up with many other reasons why that is a terrible strategy.

sounds like a lol but would require someone with plenty of time, patience and deft skillz to edit the 120 frames. I have none of these atm.

Very similar to BRC's current predicament.

He tried to pull that shit on a LV cop in Dec., posted a YT vid saying nothing happened to him, cop gave him a ticket, he blew it off... FTA, warrant issued, they pick him up... he carrying a piece as a felon & resists arrest, gets charged with a felony (Own/poss gun by prohibit pers [51460]) & numerous misdemeanors (Battery on protected pers [50221], Battery on protected pers [50221], Resist pub off [52990], False stmt to/obstruct pub off [52312]), and has his Felony Return Court Date in 3 days... Mon. 8/11 at 8AM.
