Has this kind of clown act (i.e. just submittingmoronic shit about the world not existing etc or faxing a picture of a monkey to the judge) had any precedent of ever working/stopping a trial in the US?

FB filed motition to strike (completely remove the argument made by costello). After which they filed a Entry of Default (default judgement awarded when you don't reply to a case).

It appears they just trying to fast track by filing that. Judge has not ruled on strike nor default.

Or he will become one of this jail kings, sitting in his luxurious cell, everyone is kissing his gold ring and he is trading the shit out of wall street with his system making every single guy jailed there rich. People will commit crimes to get jailed next to him. The prison guards will be his personal butlers.

The next scandal will be pictures showing him next to the crashed prison director car he used for some forbidden racings.

No. There is no precedent in the United States where someone had successfully argued a sovereign individual defense. It's complete nonsense.

Diplomatic immunity is the closest thing to being a sovereign individual, and neither Martin Grunin nor his clown attorney-in-fact are UN accredited diplomats.

Martin Grunin should have bought a Diplomatic passport like the guy in this documentary did:
