It's possible but I don't doubt that stuff actually goes on down there. That guy in the video also has a segment on Argentine peso counterfeiting. Apparently, the Argentine gov't is so stupid that they can't even make difficult to counterfeit versions of the peso.

How did you know it was scolopamine? This sounds like a criminal minds episode i watched. They blow the drug in your face like blowing dust off your palm. Its actually adeliriant, but is known as being used to get someone to do something or tell the truth. They make patches with it for sea sickness, but in larger inhaled doses what you describe can happen. In criminal minds the dood was using it and making them kill themselves slowly. I hope you didn't get dosed with scolopamine.
