You don't know half of the story. Bart and Tanner were good friends and working together with Tim Burd at the same time Scammer and Bart both relocated to Chicago to work on an offer. They were working hand in hand for almost 2 months, 10k was a no brainer. God forbid someone should trust their friend, i'm glad you are experienced and you think everyone is a retard, i'm sure when you got scammed your first time you put your fist through a wall via shame and embarassment. God forbid you tell the world that someone ripped you off so other people could protect themselves. What a very small minded way of thinking. Bart is the victim, he isn't a retard. He learnt a harsh and unfortunate a lesson, cut some slack here.
Talking in third person are we? A relatively retarded thing to do, but let me try to communicate with you:
Greenleaves still believes the person who got ripped off is a retard. Greenleaves thinks that if they were such good friends, how did the retard get ripped off? Greenleaves understands that 2 months is an awfully long time, but still. Further more, even when greenleaves partnered with friends, greenleaves and co had written agreements. There is this magical thing in business called attorneys, they exist for a reason.
Greenleaves further believes that having self dignity is important. If and when greenleaves acts retarded (we all have), then he is not prone to publishing it to the world. Especially since the retarded act aforementioned isn't exposing anything new, on WF there is a known secret oracle. Her name is Google, sometimes refered to as the Big G. When one puts in information, one can find things. What has been published here can be found from other existing publishings online. Greenleaves believes Bart or whoever should learn to do this before wiring 5 digits without a written agreement.
Regarding cutting slack, on WF there are dicks and asses, not much slack. Greenleaves is comfortable being a dick. It seems you are comfortable being an ass.
The part of no brainer... now that greenleaves agrees with, but not in the sense you are talking about.

I also must say you missed the point of the post, as retarded as you think we are (we probably are) the point was to expose that piece of shit scum for his scamming ways to make sure he never gets a dime again for his bullshit coaching, his scammy business schemes or even his "20k Google rep intro". Regardless of our intelligence or lack thereof, it's illegal and immoral to rip people off for thousands of dollars, Bart and I and Tanner's victim's obviously don't need our hand held at this point and aren't crying ourselves to sleep at night, we're just a little bit fucking pissed at the douche bag. Funny that pretty much everyone already knew he was a piece of shit, even I knew and I'm not even into IM much anymore. Yet, you and Bart know him personally and didn't know that he was a scamming piece of shit? I'm somehow doubt that. For the record, I had been in IM for about 5 months before I found Tanner Vaughn on Google and approached him for some help. I didn't know him from a fucking hole in the wall and I had read a bunch of articles about him on various sites and they all seemed fairly legit. He also had his own cloaker and private forums which obviously added legitimacy to him. Stop assuming fuck wad.
For the record I have never heard of him scamming anyone before all this happened, several people have now come out of the woodwork and complained of his "less than par" coaching.

Reacting with hostility to criticism is generally similar to trying to put out a fire with gasoline.
A much more respectable answer would be:
"I was an idiot. You are right on that although much of your assumption is incorrect (I did not know he was a scammer). But I have learned and this will not happen to me again."
Whenever I write an angry reply to someone, I then save it, and come back to it a few days latter. I have yet to send it as was written in the moment.

Don't call me an idiot and you won't get an angry response, if this whole case was put on a world stage I would not be judged as an idiot. Your basis of calling me an idiot is purely unfounded. Someone who made a poor choice, perhaps, i'll give you that. I did my research and spoke with several AM's before going with Tanner, I was naive and new. To make a mistake or err in your ways does not mean you are an idiot. That action was not idiotic, it was merely a tragic mistake. I was promised the moon by a smooth talker who I thought was respected in the industry. I have never spent a CENT on a single course or coaching after that incident and have had the pleasure to network with some of the greatest minds in the industry.
Once again, wise words, but I simply don't give a fuck.

Greenleaves I respect your opinion, however stupidity is not to be confused with naivety. I came in the industry flush with cash, eager to learn and spent a few hundred hours and came up with absolutely nothing, at this point I approached Tanner Vaughn because I thought he could give me the edge I was looking for. I had absolutely no idea that coaches and gurus were absolute horseshit at this point.
Judge me all you want, say what you want, but I don't believe making a mistake is idiotic or labels someone as a retard. We are all human beings .
