I don't know how that kid kept his cool. I wanted to hit the cop just listening to that video.
 
that video should be played on nightly news for a week.That cop better never get another law enforcement job and should get community service picking trash.
 
The video of the fat security guard vs. skater is probably the cop at his new job.

I seriously fuckin hate cops that think they are above the law because they passed a background check and went to a 6 week academy. Dude, just because you put yourself in serious danger to make $26,000 a year doesn't mean you need to take it out on young kids who aren't doing anything wrong.
 
Hmm google already shows 244K views for this video and it was just posted on 9/8. I couldn't find it on Youtube though. Thinking thoughts of watermarking, targeted tags and traffic redirecting on this thing for youtube....

Where this stuff gets kind of hazy to me is the demographic of the traffic and the marketing opportunity. Just Landing Pages? Are there other good ideas for such sudden non specific traffic?

Is it legal to record like this? Like when you're on the phone people must tell you that they are taping. The guy tells the cop about half way through. I would gander it's legal because he is in public and more taping the inside of his car and the street than a particular person or maybe it's fine because he's a public official. Anyone know?

Even though thinking about that pisses me off ( I mean the kid was minding his own businesses with his camera on, for some reason, when the cop comes up and starts harassing him...oooooh... I'm still not over it ) but I think you bring up a good point. At the very least you would probably need to get some sort of release at the end of the video (like on taxi cab confessions) to be safe. Of course this may be about the camera being used as a witness and not about personal gain which may be ok as is. Although in the end it's turning out to be a personal gain...wow everything does get gray doesn't it?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
 
In texas I think someone was charged for recording his traffic stop something to do with since he recorded sound it was technically wiretapping or some bull shit like that.
 
Cop had a bad night or something? That's pretty messed up... and what is that damn clicking sound?
