Almost a year without it

Urinary and stomach pH levels can have a strong effect on DL-amphetamine excretion and absorption.[28] An acidic stomach and GI pH will decrease the absorption of Adderall,[12] and acidic urine levels will decrease the reabsorption of the drug through the renal system.[29] Co-administration of acidic substances (e.g., citric acid) causes decreased renal reabsorption of DL-amphetamine; whereas, alkaline agents (e.g., antacids) may cause a marked increase in renal tubular reabsorption. The increased reabsorption can increase the retention of amphetamines, with potential to result in dangerously high serum levels

Fuck yeah, antacids.

I gotta get that shit.

I'm in India. Any pointers?

Looks like the only similar thing available in india is the ritalin knockoff shit adwize. I know that modafinil (modalert in india) is available OTC.

I'd recommend hitting up the silk road.

i just drink energy drinks everyday.... maybe I should try adderal? Never done it, never heard of it except for on this site... Will it give me super powers and increase productivity?

As mentioned above, it's only going to help you if you've got a clear cut plan of work that you want to get done. If you wake up, take adderall, and haven't figured out what you want to do yet for the day you'll spend the next 4 hours doing random shit getting nothing done. It makes you very careless. You're not going to just want to work on something that you otherwise would not want to work on if you weren't on it. If you start cleaning, you'll get a ton done. I always sweep, do laundry, dishes, deep clean and other random stuff when I'm on it.

Inb4 flame - taking adderall daily for the long term is terrible for you.

And lastly, the comedown is horrible. I'm sure it's different for everyone but when I come down from it, I feel depressed. If you do decide to take it for the first time, start with as low of a dosage as possible so that your tolerance doesn't build up too quickly. Or else you'll be popping 120mg/daily so that you can get the same effect like jeffrey.

I've never noticed any addiction with adderall. Sometimes I take it for 2 weeks straight, then maybe I won't take it for a week. Then again for a few days, then maybe none again for a week.

I just take it when I have a lot of work to do.

I always take it when I go out to look for gold too. I shovel dirt like a fucking slave being whipped by my master when I take adderall. Beast mode.

As someone that is 35 this year and dabbled in this some I can tell you what didn't work for me:

1. Venti coffee + 5 hr energy shot + redbull + large soda ( i didnt take this daily, but when I tried it multiple time, nothing happened to me )

2. Wellbutrin - this shit didnt have any effect on me

3. caffeine pills - again nothing, even when doing multiple doses

4. B12 injections - nothing

You can function on it though?

adderall worked best for me when I had my todo list clearly laid out and headphones with loud music on it and everyone around me knew not to talk to me. It's a drug for grinding through your work...you will not be creative on it, you will not be good at having conversations with people where you aren't hyper and talking too much.

Also, you WILL forget to eat. I would regularly sit for 8 hours straight working, stand up, and feel dizzy because of low blood sugar. Get some sunflower seeds or almonds or something to munch on through the day.

I order my modafinil from India because that's just OTC. For adderall, go to a doctor and tell him you have focus and fatigue problems and you might get lucky, though at least over here they've been really locking down on adderall prescriptions because doctors were giving them to basically anyone who asked.

Agree with everything you just said. I've had some wacky conversations with people that I look back on and am like wtf, why did I say half the stuff that I just said?

x2 on not getting hungry and forgetting to eat

x2 on a todo list

I'd recommend going to a neurologist. Add/adhd are a completely subjective diagnosis. Look online for the symptoms of either and replicate when you go to the doctor.

Also, they may give you a computer test and have you go home, take an "adderall", and then come back and take the test again. My doctor told me at the conclusion of the test that it was a sugar pill, not adderall.

Awesome.
Prescription ain't gonna be a problem, got a couple of contacts, so if anything prescribed is available, that's great.
Saved the information on Modalert. Gonna hit up SR tomorrow. \o/

Don't need no doctor. You know the name it goes by? Or is it Adderall?

Adderall rocks, but it sincerely does take away from my "grind" when I'm not on it. Then if I take it for multiple days in a row I tend to need more to be able to get into "grind" mode. I love to smoke weed when I take it because it gives me the creativity factor, but I still don't think its going to be super beneficial for me in the long run.

I understand you cannot do creative work while on adderall, but can you learn stuff? Like programming?(In a new language when you already have some experience)

lol you want energy get put on auto-immune steroids. I was on prednisone for a couple months and slept only 4 hours/night at most, woke up wide awake and never tired, I had to eat a handful of melatonin to fall asleep for a couple hours. More energy than meth...

Now I'm prescribed oxycodone which is high enough for me to be.

Weed with adderall works very well for me, preferably indica. Adderall and sativa is a bit too much energy.

The adderall makes your brain work, the weed slows you down a bit so you're not feeling like a crack head.

Sure, you should be fine for that. Just realize that you'll attack most problem solving situations like a roomba stuck in a tight corner...you'll back up a bit and smash back into the problem over and over again, trying slightly different angles each time. But you'll be able to power through basically anything.
