EWA Has Stopped Paying

I started this thread on 9th November for a payment that was due on 1st October. (after contacting Ryan and Savy multiple times).

Despite countless emails and PMs since then, the issue still hasn't been resolved. They seem to have stopped responding to my emails now.

It is really amazing to see how someone can be so shameless...i think it is pretty obvious that Ryan has no intention to pay any of his affiliates despite sending messages to everyone that he takes his online reputation seriously and we shouldn't humiliate his company on a public forum.

Well, Ryan, it's you who's embarrassing yourself and damaging the reputation of your company. If you had any decency, you would have made these payment issues your priority and actually done something, instead of using stupid delay tactics like sending fake wire transfer receipts.

^^ it seems to be a common theme among all the late payment cases

once you keep bugging them for over a month or so, they claim to send a wire payment which doesn't reach the recipient for some unknown reason. then they keep saying they will find out the status, etc...

for me, this has been going on for more than a month now...even if they had sent the payment, does it really take 40 days to verify that the transaction didn't go through??

I am routinely receiving weekly payments from other networks on that same bank account and there hasn't been a single time when the wire 'went missing' as claimed by EWA's accounting department.

Also, I am not the only affiliate who hasn't received any money even after Savy claimed to have wired it. It's a pattern.

Anyone who actually cared about saving the company wouldn't let it get this bad. Personally I think they are probably in the process of rolling up shop, and are just doing a money grab to get their hands on as much cash as possible. Then they'll declare bankruptcy, which coincidentally will mean that they don't have to pay their affiliates...and will use the cash to do something else.

I mean really, if they were serious about saving the business and had cash flow problems, the first thing they'd do is get a loan to get them through it...or would sell a stake in the company to raise cash. Or barring that, would sell personal assets to get cash...pretty much anything to keep the company's reputation

This. Unfortunately, most of you guys who haven't got paid won't get paid. Better sue while you can.

So sour saying if they declare bankruptcy then legally they do not have to pay any affiliates at all?
Is there not another way affiliates can get the money that is owed to them?
Can EWA then open a new affiliate network and start again fresh?

Yup

Once they file bankruptcy they can walk away and nobody will ever see a dime. It will be pretty much impossible to collect. That's why you guys should sue them right away. I've been down this road with another company. Don't delay. Speak with an attorney about your options.

Their are some other things you need in your legal strategy that you need to be aware about but I don't wanna post it here for Ryan Eagle Fag to see. PM if you wanna know.

pretty much...an affiliate network is not like a real company...there is no equipment or factories that can be liquidated to cover the debt.

that's essentially how Trump stays a billionaire...he gets a bunch of investors, builds something...if it doesn't sell well, he declares bankruptcy and walks away.

as far as starting a new network, it wouldn't be hard. They still have their connections with advertisers. They have a huge list of affiliates that they can email. And they can pay a few bloggers to promote their hip new network

I made a million flipping keys with Ryan Eagle before the affiliate game... needless to say he isn't to be fucked with and has illuminati/mob ties. Leave Ryan alone!

EWA just sent me an emal traffic guide. I will paste 1 of the final paragraphs.

"Anyways, we hope you truly enjoyed our guide today. Unlike other networks, EWA truly wants to help our affiliates success. We know how important it is to try new traffic sources because we have been affiliates for years - and the only way that we have stayed in business and continously profitable it to jump from source to source, mastering each one at a time until we achieved greatness at it. If you did enjoy the content of the guide today, we do need your help: please refer a friend into our private network so we can grow. We are no longer accepting approvals for members that are not referred, so it's vitally important that you help us directly so we can continue to grow. In return, we will bonus you with even extra high payouts on your best campaigns."

They are not paying current affiliates yet want more traffic so they can grow?

the most compelling part of this thread is that Ryan Eagle isn't even around anymore to refute any of the (100% valid) derisions against his piece of shit operation
