Does anyone suffer from lower back pain?

after MRI some nasty stuff was discovered in the discs I do not know how it is called in english

do bridge - the exercises that completely helped me with my lower back pain

Regular exercise and breaking up your day will work wonders. I used to have back pain as well. Started hitting the gym and I never sit more than two hours without at least 15 minutes spent vertical.

Out bodies weren't designed for this lifestyle.

I always had a back pain before until i get a better computer chair. Just choose the right chair that can support your back.

For a while, I'd always have lower back pain from heavy or high rep deadlifts. I knew it had something to do with the way I sat at my desk all day. My sitting posture's pretty bad after the first hour or two. So for the past few months, I've been using a (ghetto) standing desk setup. Haven't had lower back pain since.

Stop working on a laptop or get a riser.

Or just get a desktop and have the monitor perpendicular to your eyes.

I suffer slightly. I found a technique online and thought what the heck I'll try it. To be honest I wasn't expecting it to work. But to my surprise the following day my back pain seemed to have temporally disappeared.

Anyone suffering from back pain, try the following:

1. Put your hands together and rase them right above your head and point to the sky as much as possible
2. Take deep breaths and hold for a good 5 seconds
3. Breath out slowly
4. Repeat 10 or so times, this will take you no more than 1-2 minutes tops

I only did it for a day, but my back pain is hit and miss anyway. However, I did notice an instant improvement from following the steps above.

My back started aching last year pretty bad and it would "tweak" fairly easily if I did something awkward. Once tweaked it would hurt like a mother fucker to do anything for a few days.

My assumption was lack of muscle because I hadn't done any form of working out for a couple years.

So I started running/working out 8 months ago once or twice a week (pushups, dumbbell , situps, and short-runs). I did that up until a month ago with 0 back-pain and no more tweaks. The last couple days I've felt it start to come back so I'm actually going to go for a jog and quick work-out as I finish this post.
Thanks for the motivation.

Don't ask man it is fucking killing me. I'm suffering from Sciatica.

Lower back pain and odd pain in my left leg.

Also, taking breaks during the middle of working at your computer to stretch helps a lot. Stretching on your lunch break should be routine. I was in the habit of it for a couple months but have been slacking

That was my problem as well. It all stemmed from a bulging disc at S-3 and S-4. First surgery didn't do much good. Second one messed me up when the surgeon made a mistake and cut the durum on the nerve bundle.

Now I go for spinal injections every 6 months and eat hydrocodone 3 times a day.

Wish I had stuck with the Chiropractor and PT.

It's weird, but I get pain in the upper part of my back when I eat certain foods. It lasts for like 30 mins and it sucks. It's usually foods like pizza or fast food so now I try to stay away from that. Most likely this isn't your problem tho

Walking desks aren't cheap but they're great for back pain. (They're also supposed to improve focus.)
