How does pin submit and mobile subscriptions offer work?

How are they working? Whats their backend. I am curious.
Other regular offers do credit card processing and that is understandable. But how does this mobile subscriptions services charge customers? What the companies facilitating this type of payment options?

Premium rate mobile billing. they lose about 50% to the provider though, so margins are thinner than CC billing, but they do charge a hell of a lot.

I get paid 90 days later (thats the catch, your first payment is 90days later, but as long as you have atleast one sale per day, you get paid daily after that wait)
