I don't know what's your issue with CB but you can try paydotcom.com, cj.com, shareasale.com and linkshare.com...

For me Neverblue are probably the best overall, their out of bounds trips are mind blowing. Maxbounty is great if you aren't running $1000/week because they still pay weekly and are amazingly reliable. Mundo and Ads4Dough are both good to deal with too.
Avoid any network which runs on has offers i.e. EWA, Profit Kings Media, etc etc.

EWA and PKM run on LinkTrust. I would consider Adsimilis to be a good network running on HasOffers.
For me AdSense (Google AdSense) is my favorite affiliate network. I can manage my earnings here and it truly converts better.
I applied for EWA and I got an email back asking for a whole bunch of stuff I don't think they needed to know, so I scrapped them.
I'm only comparing them to other networks, especially the ones I've profited from, and we get along fine on the sufficient amount of information I gave them.

Clickbank or CJ ! Stay away from the CPA networks especially any one that says they pay the most that means they SHAVE the most. They just use you for free traffic for there clients and everyone is making money but the person buying the traffic. I know a dude that sells the systems to the CPA to set there system up to shave from you at whatever ratio they choose. They they throw in your face how much money they have. Ya I see how were buying the traffic there getting payed buy the offer owner not showing a conversion and getting paid again. And then they brag how there so rich and the best. What a joke.
I simply hate Coops chubby, stupid face because he took his sweet time on a payment and made (Eagle) style excuses on the payment (i.e. wire wouldn't go through/check disappeared) and top of all that he comes of as very arrogant and is high up on himself (no idea why he's a dorky looking goof)
That's why I hate Coop.
