I'm not a programmer, and no blackhat - so I have none of the skills required to do arbi 2.0 via scraping, etc.
What I do is simple - I still do basic stupid arb pages w/ worthless content in lots of niches. I use Looksmart or other 3rd tier sites to advertise and do arbi on (google really seems to only care about Adwords-> adsense arbi). Once I find a niche w/ a good CTR and PPC, I build it into a content site w/ as many sub niches of that main niche as I can find.
I use keyword elite and other programs for this. Basicall if you find 'widgets' to be profitable, type in 'widgets' into a kw program and you will find people searched for 'blue widgets' 'red widgets' 'polka dot widgets', ..... hundreds of little subniches.
I then contract out article writers for articles on each of these subniches. At least 200 words per sub niche, but if it is an important subniche then 500 words.
I then build a boring content site - each niche as a seperate page in typical arbi style, but I also link to the rest of my site. Afterwards I then set up seperate campaigns for each page, like typical arbi is done. I like to bid for terms like 'Buy widgets' and then have a page with lots of good information on buying widgets- people come looking to buy widgets, but don't see a place to buy widgets and click on the links. If they decide to browse my site, thats fine too.
Good content site with articles on everything related to niches, with original articles that are not just scraped bullshit and worthwhile for users to read, but set up in arbi fashion.
There you go - simple process, easy to do, takes a little $$$ if you don't want to write the articles yourself though. Find a good niche though that pays over $1/click, bid max of 7 cents or whatever, advertise not only on adwords but on 3rd tier sites as well - and you have hundreds of pages making a few bucks or more a day.
Not too bad!
