Honestly, there is a TON of info in this forum on your and others previous posts on how to make money. Implementation of those techniques is where folks are falling of the bandwagon.
So here is what I would be interested in:
Time Management - You have a system to do this and I think a ton of folks would benefit from that. Kind of going hand in hand with that - how do you achieve focus? Most of these kids and folks are so ADHD it's not even funny. So what would you suggest for them? What has worked for you? What didn't work?
Workflows: This is really where the rubber hits the road. How do you organize your workflow and keep track of everything?
Systems: Every project no matter what it is - is pretty much the same from a high level overview part. How do you approach a new idea? Let's say you want to sling a new service... How would you organize the project? What steps, when...
Failure: Everyone knows you never made any mistakes!!! Seriously, share some of your biggest failures with us and most importantly what did you LEARN from them. Where did shit go sideways and do you know why? A ton of folks here know WHAT to do.... but they don't know what they should NOT to and what booby-traps are out there....

In hindsight, if you could do it all over again, what would you do differently?
If not that, then what would you advise someone to practice on a daily basis not just to improve but to excel. For example, if someone is learning to play the guitar, most people will improve by playing their favorite songs. However, to truly excel, they must practice mundane finger movements and sequences on a daily basis.
Guerilla slightly mentioned about it with his post on modelling yourself after people but the question is more or less geared towards applying something on a daily basis that no one wants to do but by doing so with cause you to excel beyond average.
