come to think of it - I got no idea why OP put up this petition - would it not make more sense to first address the reasons for you wanting to remove the mod?
I did see that the mod banned a couple of people 2-3 days ago, somehow it looks like it got worst (?), however there are a couple of people here that feel it was the right thing to do.
