Need invoices, Facebook not responding...

Some time ago Facebook disabled my account, and I lost all access to a years of invoices stored in my account which I intended to print off for tax purposes. It was foolish of me not to print these off sooner but I really wasn't expecting complete shutdown of my account. My account before that was disabled but at least I had access to data/invoices. I've tried contacting them multiple times requesting access to my invoices but they aren't responding. Any ideas?

forget it now, they deleted my account twice and now I have changed everything even I have typed my name in other language other than English so they can't recognize me. But wait why they deleted you btw?

Get a lawyer to send a demand letter to them. There's several places that will write a demand letter for a flat fee of less than $200. Send it via certified U.S. mail, and also send a copy to legal@facebook.com

Make sure you are specific about the date ranges you need invoices for, and make sure to note that they removed your ability to download the invoices, and on what date they did so.

Yeah, it's ridiculous that they do this. I just had an account banned for some silly reason. Got this nasty/rude email and can't login anymore to see records. Real professional...

Just go by your credit card / bank transactions.

Yeah would love it if they accept this. My accountant didn't make too much of a deal about this but he said you do need to show them all invoices if they request it (im based in the UK) otherwise they'll start looking into your affairs.

Didn't you read the fb tos? anything you upload belongs to them including your pictures and all other ip you share

those invoices now belong to mark and hes probably already collected the money from your customer

Not necessary, Facebook is based in Ireland. We have the data protection act over here, which means that for £10 I believe, they have to release all information held about you to you. Simply email them and say that under the data protection act, you wish to have all data held about you sent to you. Ask them what the fee is for this, and ask what their preferred method of payment is. Supply your facebook email address & postal address. I remember seeing something a while ago where they got some huge stack of papers from facebook under the data protection act.

same here, but that isn't the issue. If the hmrc decide to ask for your records, you have to show them everything. I think they randomly request from something like 10% of all businesses according to my accountant.
