Is it making any sales? Do you have Adsense on it or anything like that? How much traffic is it getting? There are a lot of questions that people will ask when you post a site for sale.

Perhaps you could try Flippa and look at other sites people are selling on there. Look at what they have posted, post the same on your listing and then see if any one is interested!

thanks for the replies. it's currently not earning as google has closed my adsense unexplained & frustrated by that so trying to find another way to monetize site.

definitely in need of help.
