I deal with finances daily, I would say yes - R10 that bitch. The "paperwork" you speak of is only a 1 page affidavid with most banks (which only requires a signature in most cases; with a check box of how you were defrauded). So I'd do it. You would get your money back; and add a tally to their merchant. Meaning; if 5, 10, 15, 20% R10 payments they will terminate the merchant account for that business. So if they wanna be heenky about it, play hard ball with 'em and do the same?
My status tho; I was setup as free when they were having inaccurate results. I saw that they were fixed and stable; and now this.. So hopefully it gets fixed.

I've been using them since they first introduced the service, I can't say they have ever truly been fixed. There were always ranking discrepancies... I think just over time, they have not had the energy to really devote to the project.
I mean, hell if you have a site that has been ranking #1-2 for weeks solid, and then one hour get a ranking of #14. You probably want to put an error check in there, so that it refreshes the latest ranking after 5 minutes, just to see if it really changed.
It's really definitely not a forward facing report you want to give your clients, unless you want to explain wtf their site is jumping all over the place and that it's your goofy serp tracking system.
I have been a long term supporter of scout for 1yr + i think , or it feels like lol. Ive never bitched once EVER. At this point, everytime i see the fee charged its been pissing me off since shits ALWAYS fucked up, ALWAYS. I will never recommend this shit to my clients/13+ seo firms that i consult for/anyone in IM thats serious with seo marketing, EVER. if it takes longer than a fucking yr, even 6 fucking months FFS's, to get out of beta phase your fucking yourself in the ass. I only have 1/8th of the sites i manage with them and all i can say (repeat), sucks major fucking ASS!
cancelling this amature BS and getting rank tracker now, so i can cancell my raven shit (which has been another monkey fuck for us with accurate tracking), may not be as convinient to use but at least their info is fucking accurate..

Someone shared Traffic Travis v4 here a couple weeks ago. I downloaded it and tried it out. It just runs in the background and updates my rankings daily or weekly, whichever you want.
Canceled SEScout soon after.
I signed up for authority labs because I needed to create some reports for clients but I have to admit it doesn't look anywhere near as good as SEScout. Honestly I would rather not use anything but SEScout because of how nice the UI is and how great the reports look for clients. If they could just get the rankings to be accurate I wouldn't need anything else.
like someone else wrote somewhere with Sescout if you have been on paid plan just cancel the payment and you will it all for free

Would there be interest in hands off desktop software with "unlimited" keywords (limited by your ip / proxies) that ran on autopilot as long as you left it open?
I guess it'd have a monthly fee to pay for updates etc.
