LOL. If you're doing to make your profile look "more popular", that's fine. But if you're doing to get more traffic and sales, you're wasting your time. That's 90%+ bounce rate kind of traffic if you ask me.

Try twiends if you don't mind following others. It's a good way to get targeted followers because profiles can be sorted by "interest". I find it effective if your target audience is internet marketers because a lot of them use the service.
