First of all, We're not using cracked at all, it is just a small patch of 43 kb to run multiple instances the licenses are still Genuine ~~ SO MORAL IS DO NOT WRITE WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW!

Hi, you said you responded to my email but I have no responses. The reason I requested a refund was because I was charged the first month without ever getting a trial, and I requested a refund on that. Then I was just billed a 2nd month and requested a refund since I do not even have the server. You (or anna) responded 3 times offering me free stuff instead of giving my money back, and now I'm getting no response after 4 emails.
Also, for my other server you cancelled my username and password right away, but did not refund as requested for the overcharge. I would think if you're going to follow through on the first part of that request, you should follow through on the 2nd part. Not just cancel my service without getting my money back
We also left a message with your live chat a week ago and never got a response.
As to the comment of the Haz character above, things started out good and got worse from our experiences.
Just wanted to add some positive to all the negative recently given here. I finally got to use senuke humming along I see you installed my market samari thanks. One thing though not to rain on my positive feedback just take a look at my bookmarking demon its not opening up thanks.
Hi I was asked for 1 day free trail around 12hrs before and i got the details immediately got my account was disabled after 2 hrs (so i could use and test it for 24hrs). please look into this issue and enable my account, if everything goes well then i am in for largest packages.
