Just bought the level 4 service. I will give a very detailed review along with SERP changes after delivery.
 
I received my report today, the TAT was on the long side but still in the range given (15 days) so I can't complain. Everything was delivered as promised, all of the interlinking looks good. If I could change one thing it would be to not use the same image with the same file name on every web 2.0 property which leaves a big footprint (especially when the image name is xxxxxx-xxxxx-xxxx-yy.jpg or whatever) so I'm going to have to go through and fix that myself. Other than that the links were put in context on the web 2.0 properties unlike some services on here that just stick that at the beginning or the end. Overall I was happy with the service and would use it again.

Posted in the link bullet thread earlier on, but i think i'll order some of these instead. Maybe a few of each.....
