I can see the statistics, but hellblazer is saying that every black person acts like this. It's not a problem for him to point out statistics -- it is a problem to say that those statistics are applied to everyone in a specific group though.

well I agree 100% there, obviously not all are bad.. I'm not necessarily sure hellblazer was saying that *EVERY* one was bad.. just a larger percentage of bad apples stemming from the black community.. OBVIOUSLY there are some great ones.... my neighbor sports 250g's worth of cars, lives in in a $600k house, worked hard for what he's got, married 20 years, 2 kids he raises who are some of the nicest kids ever, etc etc... 2 of my good friends are black, one owns a construction company the other is a commercial real estate developer... they didn't get there by sticking their hand out asking for handouts.... it's just unfortunate that there are as many bad apples within the community as there are. For you, my friends, my neighbor, and the others who have worked hard for what they have and have prospered without relying on handouts and century old excuses, I respect that and hope that you guys can figure out a way to change the future of the community as a whole.

This is not a phenomenon that is indigenous to any specific group of human beings...

Prison population is a slippery slope to take on as a statistic.
Posession of small amounts of drugs do often lead to prison sentences for blacks, and a slap on the hand for white offenders. (Think Charlie Sheen, George Michael, etc..)
