UPDATE - Please Read
Just wanted to give everyone an update real quick.
The team is working as fast as they can on your projects. There have been some issues that we didn't forsee before accepting this many orders.
1. My team manager that oversees much of the package just had a baby today. This slowed us down, but has made a promise to increase the team as of today.
2. I pulled an all-nighter last night, and has had some terrible effects on my health. You think you're young? Try staying up almost 40 hours with no sleep...bleh.
3. What's taking a majority of the time is spinning the content, making sure that the content is 80% unique, + readable. We added another TBS account today to add another member to the team, so tomorrow we should be pushing out more.
4. The deadline is skewed when you have so many packages coming in at one time. So just like 1 day we had 20 orders, the next day 30, the next day 20 - which means that even though we want to have 20 packages done at the same time, it's impossible as their aren't enough hours in the day.
5. We're working hard to push out 10 orders a day, and some of you will be receiving your reports today.
6. Properties that should not be deleted, are being deleted, even though we went back 6 months to find links that have stuck up to this day. Because of that, we're having to replace 3 wikis, and 1 article directory since they seem like they don't stick as well as 6 months ago (wtf?)
7. We just need everyone to be patient with us as 70 orders is a lot for anyone to handle. Now, I HATE giving reports late. But with the super mininet package still doing good, which is pretty much streamlined, the new package orders threw in a wrench that we didn't forsee happening. Maybe 30 orders or so, but not 70.
All i ask is for everyone to be patience. I'm not talking like its gonna be 5 days late, but each package may be 1-2 days late. We're going at this hard, and we won't accept any new orders until all the orders have been completed - which by then, we would have hired new team members, had them trained, etc. so that this DOES NOT happen again.
I appreciate the emails that we've gotten supporting our hard work, and we hope everyone can just help us out by not getting to worked up about packages being a few days late. We're here for our clients, and without you guys, we wouldn't be able to do what we do. We won't compromise quality to have a faster turnaround, which would be bad for everyone involved.
Once again, I appreciate your patience while we work out the "MASS ORDER" kinks
