****CLOSED FOR NEW ORDERS****

I thought we couldn't get filled to the brim with orders, but it's happened. We will be closing down for 2-3 days to get most of the orders done before accepting new orders. The form will be taken off line and will be back online once we finish 60% of the orders in the queue.

All orders today will be queued shortly.

Well to bad it's down, but can't wait for the form to be open again after my first successful package beyond believe i'm ready to order again but quality is worth the wait so any delay doesn't bother me

Main Keyword: 40,500 exact matches
Keyword 2: 2,400 exact matches - points to an inner page specifically dedicated to it
Keyword 3: 1,600 exact matches - points to an inner page specifically dedicated to it

Domain: main keyword in domain, plus another four word (this domain is actually an exact match for a far lesser term we're not going after)
Domain Age: Umm.. 1.5 months old. Content has been up for 1.5 weeks. This is NEW and a stress test no doubt.

Current Rankings (according to SEScout):
- Keyword 1: N/A in both Google and Bing
- Keyword 2: 128 in Google, N/A in Bing
- Keyword 3: N/A in both

OK, I've received my report. 217+ successful ticket system links, 7 wikis, and 19 web 2.0's. We'll see if we get the 7 wikis and 1 web 2.0 replaced, but I'm very happy with the output here so it's no big deal either way.

Current Rankings (according to SEScout):
- Keyword 1: N/A
- Keyword 2: 87 in Google
- Keyword 3: N/A

Now the service team is hitting them with blog comments whenever that goes, and we'll hope for some quality SERPing.

I'm going to schedule some xrumering at this too.

So far, service is 10/10. Now it's time to see it in action.

UPDATE - Please Read

Just wanted to give everyone an update real quick.

The team is working as fast as they can on your projects. There have been some issues that we didn't forsee before accepting this many orders.

1. My team manager that oversees much of the package just had a baby today. This slowed us down, but has made a promise to increase the team as of today.

2. I pulled an all-nighter last night, and has had some terrible effects on my health. You think you're young? Try staying up almost 40 hours with no sleep...bleh.

3. What's taking a majority of the time is spinning the content, making sure that the content is 80% unique, + readable. We added another TBS account today to add another member to the team, so tomorrow we should be pushing out more.

4. The deadline is skewed when you have so many packages coming in at one time. So just like 1 day we had 20 orders, the next day 30, the next day 20 - which means that even though we want to have 20 packages done at the same time, it's impossible as their aren't enough hours in the day.

5. We're working hard to push out 10 orders a day, and some of you will be receiving your reports today.

6. Properties that should not be deleted, are being deleted, even though we went back 6 months to find links that have stuck up to this day. Because of that, we're having to replace 3 wikis, and 1 article directory since they seem like they don't stick as well as 6 months ago (wtf?)

7. We just need everyone to be patient with us as 70 orders is a lot for anyone to handle. Now, I HATE giving reports late. But with the super mininet package still doing good, which is pretty much streamlined, the new package orders threw in a wrench that we didn't forsee happening. Maybe 30 orders or so, but not 70.

All i ask is for everyone to be patience. I'm not talking like its gonna be 5 days late, but each package may be 1-2 days late. We're going at this hard, and we won't accept any new orders until all the orders have been completed - which by then, we would have hired new team members, had them trained, etc. so that this DOES NOT happen again.

I appreciate the emails that we've gotten supporting our hard work, and we hope everyone can just help us out by not getting to worked up about packages being a few days late. We're here for our clients, and without you guys, we wouldn't be able to do what we do. We won't compromise quality to have a faster turnaround, which would be bad for everyone involved.

Once again, I appreciate your patience while we work out the "MASS ORDER" kinks ;)

I would appreciate an individual update on my order, I know it might be hard to do for 70 clients, but that probably should have been taken into consideration beforehand. Anyway, I'm eagerly awaiting my report, I'm sure this service will be awesome. I just hope you haven't bit off more than you can chew! :)

Heres my 2 cents...

Review:

Deshea always provides top-notch services! When he contacted about his new service...I definitely had to try it. And so far....its great! Love how everything is tracked on your own dashboard and you actually see step by step on what him and his team are working on for you. The reports are easy as hell to read. The quality is by far one of the BEST. I'll definitely will be back for more. In terms of SERP changes...I havent seen it yet...but I'm sure I'll witness an improvement. I'm already on the first page...lets see if this sucker pushes me up to #1. :)

I'll keep you posted guys...

I see you're overworked at them moment but that's because your stuff works, I know that from my level 3 mininet which is why I want to order another level3 mininet plus Backlinkarena to see if that can push a keyword to page1?

Let me know when your taking orders again please.

ill let everyone know when we're opened back up.

james70 - there's no child enforcement rules overseas are they?

crazydays: page 1 would be the plan. I always shoot for page one :P

To everyone: We are starting to get into the groove of things now, and we will be sending about 7-8 reports today.

Just received my first report (different niche) - all in all looks great. Already starting to see some movement and I'm setting up the DFB here shortly. Actually got my report early and should get my other one tomorrow. Already planning on more orders - DeShea open this back up stat.

Just an FYI: I'm about to piss myself in anticipation here waiting for my orders...
Glad to hear you're getting the ball rolling after being bombarded with orders!

Thank you Jbern! And now for a quick update:

We will be sending roughly 12 orders out today, another 14 out saturday, and around 13 on monday. That should catch us up except for the heavy hitters, which their due dates is the date of the super mininet package.

It's been a long week, but once we found out the problem (one of our staff members who was fired), we turned it around.

We noticed the latest report is 2 days late, so we'll start sending them as we get them done, most urgent first.

Due to the immediate response of this package, even after we clear our queue, this package will be closed down for about 2 weeks. Reasons are below:

1. We are adding more moodle/ticket links. Instead of 200+, we should be able to get 500+.

2. We are automating much of the process. Relying on a team to do this manually has increased the workload on all the staff. So, instead of hiring more and more staff without knowing if we'll get the same amount of orders on the next go round, we're going to be working on a semi-automatic script to handle the bulk work of it. This will make sure that even if we get 70 orders again, that we can deliver 20-30 orders a day, so no more lateness (i can't stand not providing a report on time or early).

3. We are working on creating our very own wikis, that we can post to only. We don't have to worry about wikis being deleted, etc. On top of that, all the wikis will be PR2+, so you get the authority from the wiki, the pure link juice from our site/domain, and the assurance that it won't be deleted.

4. Even after two months of research, the teams needs to be able to handle the workload more efficiently. I've pulled two all-nighters this weak, and my body is tired. I can't handle that, as any normal person would say. More training will go on for the things that aren't semi-automated, so no more mistakes, missing links, etc. Treat this 1.0 as the Beta version, with 2.0 being 10x better.

I would love it if you guys still can leave your reviews, serp increases, etc. on the thread. Many of you have mentioned to me on skype, email, etc., but it's important so other clients know what they can possibly expect.

I'm not gonna be around for the next 3 hours, but after that, i'll start sending our reports again. If you ever have a problem with your report, or just need an update, just email me and i'll respond right away.

I look forward to working with you guys in the future, as well as opening this back up!

thanks for putting the focus on quality and not pure profit, you saw a flaw and in stead going ahead with it you're delaying what probably would of been 2 weeks of crazy earnings for making it better in quality and performance
