So here's an update for anyone who's interested. My 15k worth of impressions is about to finish and it's been a good run. I tested several banners but my top ctr's came out to .65%, .62%, and .45%

Here are my final results for the buy:

14,291 imps , 78 clicks, with a total of 8 conversions.

I was actually very satisfied with my ctr's, but we all know that 78 clicks is a laughable amount when it comes to testing LP's.

The site I am advertising on is basically directly involved with my niche, but it isn't all about my niche. It's more of a sub niche and the majority of the keyword traffic I was able to see in the g report was not directly geared towards my type of offer, but they were close enough.

I'm just not 100% sure yet whether this site's traffic is going to work for my offer. The ctr's were good, and I'm sure the conversions will increase as I keep tweaking my LP's.

So I probably will continue to throw some money at this site and see if I can get it to work. Any advice, comments, etc. are definitely appreciated.

Well the first thing I gotta ask is, what was your ROI? The reason being depending on which side of break even you were and also how far either end you were it may or may not be worth persuing. 8 conversions from 72 clicks seems good but what is the CPA you are getting?

I'm driving all traffic to a squeeze page and collecting the email first, then shooting the opt-in to the offer. So those 8 conversions were opt-ins. I didn't make any sales off of the opt-ins yet, but obviously I'm hoping to turn them into buyers within the next week with my autoresponder.

I've actually hit a dead end here. Turns out almost all of my emails have hit the spam folder. Every single one of my "welcome" emails that get shot out immediately after opting in have been spam boxed except 2.

Really fucking frustrating seeing as how icontact is supposed to be boss when it comes to deliverability and my whole sales process depends on these emails getting read.
