It's a tough list to compile because the vast majority of high profile domain sales go unreported. Additionally, their are often discrepencies between actually sale price and reported sale price. For example, I bought a domain in 2007 for $18k that was reported at $45k or $48k or something by the seller to DNJ.

Moreover, many of the best domains have something above a generic parked page on them. That is, many of the best domains have had a business built on them at some point. It's hard to value a domain in isolation when there is some amount of business asset irrevocably linked to the domain.
