It's called Backlink Force, and it's a pretty nifty, cheap piece of software! Basically, you put in your website's name (yourdomain.com), put the amount of delay between each backlink, and the start and end links (If they get delayed the first time you try to do the whole thing).
Wait for a bit (It'll show you your progress!) and when it's done, you can export a report out in .txt format!
The backlinks are at statistics sites with fair to high amounts of traffic per day, so it will be aboutus.org/yourdomain.com.
It's that simple.
