I actually liked it, because he didn't hold anything back and was straight - to the point.

the success of a motivational speech depends on whether your audience was motivated or not. those guys didn't give a shit and were laughing at him. fail.
 
I like after he's dropped 'fucking' 40 times on the iraqi drones, he turns around and say's "and you fucking leadership had better get your heads out of your asses".

Another one, "Until you man up, shut the fuck up". His next visit should be the whitehouse..
 
I like how he says americans (ie the soldiers) are ready to die for iraq, as if they're doing a favor and iraqis actually want them there.
