I always drive, I doubt this time will be an exception. It's only like 4 hours from here.

Was planning on driving, I usually enjoy it when I leave at the right time. Need to get my car fixed up, some long overdue repairs before I hit the desert.

We can pool but your drive from San Diego takes almost the same time as the drive from LA though because you get the better highway action. Going SD -> LA -> Vegas would be wasteful.

I am invited to a wedding in Tampa Bay the weekend after, so I'm considering my options of flying from Vegas to Tampa and back too. I'll let you know what I decide.
