Someone Stole/Copied Articles from my Site - Advice?

I am working with a wholesaler right now, but I would be interested in working with a shisha wholesaler. What brands do you carry? Send me a message with your info, thanks.

You carbon copied the post into at least 3 or 4 other forums. I figured it was just a cleverly disguised way to get links and attention to your site and that you owned all the domains in question.

No.. you did, by posting here and the 3462565 other forums too. You linked it with your post with the absolute intention of causing him negative reputation and/or damages to bolster your case against him, by applying pressure and getting what you wanted. Btw Josh, had a quick scroll down your site, fix the banana article. In the bit that shows on the main page, (maybe in the article too, I didn't look) you spelt natural wrong.

How exactly did I cry wolf? The DMCA was issued, site was taken down, issue was resolved. I don't think you understand the meaning of that statement.

Dude the other person copied your site and would have kept it like that if you didn't issue the DMCA. You're lucky they got scared and removed it because would you have really of went to court and everything?
