Zimmerman arrested for 2nd degree murder!

From what i know about this case, does'nt look like hes going to jail for 2nd degree anything.
What needs to be done is the pros. needs to put out why they are going for 2nd.... maybe i will change my mind... but we need to see a lot more facts here.. both sides...

Too many people have made their mind up on the case one way or another due to the publicity. The media has manipulated the facts of the case several times in order to trigger emotional responses in people.
The government is also fully aware that if the Lynch mob doesn't get what they want, there will be riots.
I don't know if he's guilty of 2nd degree murder or not, but I do know he wont get a fair trial.
He's obviously guilty of 2nd degree, just follow the case. It wasn't premeditated but it definitely wasn't in pure self-defense.
Seems like it would have significant implications, which is another reason that the idiot shouldn't be making public statements on matters like this.
First reason is implied, i.e. the POTUS has no business commenting on individual matters. He should stick to policy and running the country. The second is that besides having no business in general, in specific cases like this one his comments can drastically impact the course things will take and again he has no business doing that.
Exactly. And don't forget that this goes both ways. It could prevent justice for Trayvon if Zimmerman were guilty. If one or more of the jurors happens to hate everything about Obama they could be swayed the other way just because Fuck Obama.
This is why local issues should be kept local.
If i had the cash I'd donate $50,000 to zimmerman's legal fund and make it look like it came from romney lol. huffington post would go batshit cray cray over that hahah
I'd like to share a 100% true story that happened to me when I was about 13.
My dad and I had driven down to somewhere in South Carolina for a baseball tournament. As we pulled up to this intersection in a small town, there were a couple of cop cars pulled up on this one corner and traffic was backed up because of it. There was a black kid probably 9 or 10 years old walking on the sidewalk beside of us away from the intersection. My dad yelled and asked him what had happened up ahead, and the kid replied, "Nigga got shot!"
An old man had shot a guy who was trying to rob his store that was on the corner. Thought the story seemed relevant.
