Your AdWords account: Site violation

Your AdWords account: Site violation. This is the email message I received when I recently tried to use Adwords to get some extra traffic to my site.

The email message was very brief and included such sentences as below :

We've reviewed your account and found that one of your sites is in
violation of our Landing Page and Site Policies.
Please note that ad traffic to the above URL will be suspended and all new
ads pointing to this URL will be disapproved.

How serious is this? My site niche is male enhancement.This site IS NOT pornographic or seedy and generally does provide information on the subject. The content is all unique and I have worked really hard on the site and only picked reputable companies to work with. Also does this now mean my site won't shown in googles results. Please Help, I'm grateful for any replies.

The same thing happened to me when I tried to promote some CPA stuff via Adwords (which was dumb of me).

Apparently, Google cracks down pretty hard on affiliate marketers nowadays. I've been hearing a lot of people complaining about how tough it is to get ads approved.

Plus, I think topics like male enhancement and Acai have become so disreputable that Google pretty much bans those ads on sight.

For your question about seriousness, your second warning generally will be an account ban

If you arent the company with the product to sell, and your site doesnt provide any value to someone using the keyphrase you are bidding, it is hard as hell to get an adwords campaign approved. They really hate affiliates these days.

Doesnt affect your organic search rankings at all.
