Yahoo Store And Wordpress

I have very little experience dealing with yahoo stores but had this one question. If someone is running a yahoo store...is it possible to setup a wordpress blog at <domain>.com/blog

I have heard this isn't possible and just need some clarification.

No. It is not. If you are running a Yahoo! store you have zero control of anything under that domain. I ran one for years. Get another domain like storenameBLOG.com and customize each so the user almost can't tell the difference between being on and offsite.

Thanks Patrick. Sigh I knew there were a few reasons I hated yahoo stores. Hate the idea of taking users offsite but seems there is no other choice.

Do you control the domain name? If so you could set up a cname to direct blog.domain.com somewhere else. Still taking them off site, but less obvious.
