So i look at my yahoo account today and notice im already at $130 spent for a campaign that i bid a max of 32 cents on, with an avg CPC of 18 cents over the last two months. So i think i must be getting a shitton of traffic for some unknown reason -- 197 clicks. I go look at the campaign and notice that i have 8 clicks in the content network averageing over 11 dollars a fucking click. At this point i assumed i just screwed up bidding on a particular keyword - Nope. Every keyword is set to .32 cent bids. How in the fuck is this possible? Has anyone else had problems similar to this?

Yes. I am having the same problem since today morning. All my content network cpc's have gone through roof. They are charging me way more than my bids. Kallel you are lucky, I paid $90 for some clicks.

I am going to call them and get a credit.

I just talked to them. They told me that it is a known issue and their engineers are trying to fix the problem. Adjustments will be applied to the account once they fix the issue.

The stupid girl told me to keep running the campaign. No way!! I blew through $2k today morning in one hour with average cpc of $2. I am going to keep the campaign paused until they fixed this shit.

Well at least they are aware and will credit accordingly. How can they fuckup like that so bad? Do they not test shit before it goes "live"?

I had this problem 1 year ago, where the CPC was way higher than my max bids.
Confirmed issue - happened on a LARGE account at an agency I used to be at about a year ago, and the overcharging was a few thousand dollars.
